Mental Resilience & Suicide prevention
Common myths about Mental Health
Myth 1: My career stops and I wont be able to deploy.
Myth 2: People will see me differently.
Myth 3: “I’m strong enough to handle this and it will go away on its own”
The longer you delay seeking help, the longer it will take to feel yourself again.

Mental resilience is your ability to adapt to and “bounce back” from life’s challenges. Such as stress, trauma or significant adversity. Its not about avoiding or supressing emotions but rather using healthy coping mechanisms to recover and even experience personal growth after difficult events.
